   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 315...318...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 315, 318
   continues.

   SUMMARY...Hail and wind remain possible across western Oklahoma into
   the eastern Texas Panhandle.

   DISCUSSION...Cloud tops have gradually cooled across south-central
   KS, south into the eastern TX Panhandle. Radar data suggests an MCV
   may be forming near DDC, and this appears to be aiding the southward
   frontal surge across the northern TX Panhandle. Convection has
   struggled to advance appreciably east into OK, but the evolving MCV
   and frontal surge are likely indicators this activity is going to
   move across central into eastern portions of ww318 over the next
   several hours. More isolated activity extends southwest to near PVW
   where large hail has been noted at times.
