   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 528...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 528
   continues.

   SUMMARY...The damaging wind threat will continue to increase from
   southeast Minnesota into central and southwest Wisconsin.

   DISCUSSION...A cluster of storms is organizing over southeast MN and
   western WI, with multiple storms producing strong to severe winds. A
   leading cluster was located north of LaCrosse, with a secondary line
   just to the west. With time, these systems may merge, with an
   increasing threat of damaging winds during the day downstream. The
   air mass is already very unstable this morning, and areas of heating
   will destabilize further. While storms are generally pushing east, a
   gradual southeastward propagation is possible into southern WI.
