   Concerning...Tornado Watch 140...141...

   The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 140, 141 continues.

   SUMMARY...Parts of tornado watches 140/141 may be replaced by a
   severe thunderstorm watch with an expectation for a wind/hail threat
   to persist beyond 06Z expiration of these watches. Coordination with
   affected WFOs will occur before 05Z.

   DISCUSSION...Long-lived bowing MCS had weakened, but has recently
   intensified east of Dodge City as its outflow has impinged on the
   more unstable and yet to be overturned air mass across south-central
   KS. In addition to potential for severe wind gusts with this MCS,
   severe hail will remain possible with regenerative storm development
   on the western flank of the southeast KS/southwest MO MCS.
