   THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 190 CONTINUES.

   SUMMARY...MOST OR ALL OF TORNADO WATCH 190 WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE
   AT 03Z. TORNADO THREAT SHOULD BECOME INCREASINGLY MARGINAL BEYOND
   03Z FOR THE REMAINING PORTIONS OF THE WW.

   DISCUSSION...STORMS HAVE EITHER CONSOLIDATED INTO AN MCS OVER THE
   SERN TX PANHANDLE OR ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BECOMING LESS ORGANIZED.
   A SUPERCELL PERSISTS OVER THE NERN TX PANHANDLE...AND THIS STORM
   MIGHT REMAIN CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO THROUGH 03Z.
   HOWEVER...STORM MERGERS AND A STABILIZING BOUNDARY LAYER HAVE
   RESULTED IN A GRADUAL DECREASE IN STORM INTENSITIES AND
   ORGANIZATION...AND THIS TREND WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THE REMAINDER OF
   THE EVENING.
