DIAGNOSTICS AND 00Z REGIONAL RAOBS REFLECTIVE OF MLCAPES RANGING
FROM AROUND 250 J/KG ACROSS FAR SOUTHEAST KS...TO 1000-1250 J/KG
ACROSS EAST CENTRAL OK. IN SPITE OF THE MODEST INSTABILITY...HIGHLY
