Scattered damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible A tornado or two possible SUMMARY...Scattered thunderstorms should develop east across the southern Appalachians through this evening. Damaging winds will be the primary hazard, but a brief tornado and isolated severe hail are also possible.
