DISCUSSION...Radar loops continue to depict the consolidation of a band of snow from eastern SD to western/southern WI. This activity is supported by ascent accompanying low-to-mid-level frontogenetic circulations amidst a warm-advection pattern. The ascent will continue to extend through relatively deep dendritic growth zones in support of snow rates to 1 inch per hour through the overnight hours, as mesoscale banding continues.
