   PROBABILITY OF WATCH ISSUANCE...40 PERCENT

   SUMMARY...LOCALLY DAMAGING WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY TSTM ACTIVITY ACROSS
   GA AND SC THIS AFTERNOON.

   DISCUSSION...LATEST RADAR/SATELLITE IMAGERY SUGGEST A WEAK MID-LEVEL
   DISTURBANCE HAS MIGRATED INTO NRN GA.  CONVECTION IS INCREASING AND
   INTENSIFYING INVOF THIS FEATURE WHERE 500MB TEMPERATURES ARE
   SEASONALLY COOL NEAR -8C.  ADEQUATE SFC-6KM BULK SHEAR IS PRESENT
   FOR MULTI-CELL CLUSTERING IN THE PRESENCE OF AFOREMENTIONED
   DISTURBANCE.  FOR THIS REASON IT APPEARS AN UPWARD-EVOLVING CORRIDOR
   OF CONVECTION WILL BE NOTED FROM WCTNRL GA INTO WRN SC OVER THE NEXT
   FEW HOURS.  LOCALLY DAMAGING WINDS ARE THE PRIMARY THREAT.
