THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 309
CONTINUES.
SUMMARY...SOME THREAT FOR ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND AND HAIL WILL
PERSIST OVER NWRN WI UNTIL WW EXPIRATION TIME OF 01Z. HOWEVER...THE
THREAT IS EXPECTED TO BECOME INCREASINGLY MARGINAL WITH TIME AND
ANOTHER WW ISSUANCE WILL NOT LIKELY BE NEEDED.
DISCUSSION...STORMS CONTINUE ALONG WHAT APPEARS TO BE A CONSOLIDATED
OUTFLOW BOUNDARY AND SWD ALONG THE FRONT OVER NWRN WI. STRONGEST
STORMS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING AT THE INTERSECTION OF OUTFLOW BOUNDARY
AND WRN EXTENSION OF LAKE BREEZE WHERE A BOWING SEGMENT IS CURRENTLY
ADVANCING THROUGH BAYFIELD COUNTY NORTH OF THE LAKE BREEZE BOUNDARY.
ACTIVITY IS EMBEDDED WITHIN STRONG UNIDIRECTIONAL SHEAR AND
POTENTIAL STILL EXISTS FOR DEVELOPING STORMS TO ORGANIZE.
HOWEVER...OVERALL STORM INTENSITIES ARE EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY
DECREASE TOWARD MID EVENING AS THE BOUNDARY LAYER BEGINS TO
STABILIZE WITH ONSET OF NOCTURNAL COOLING.
