The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 343
continues.

SUMMARY...The threat for damaging downburst winds continues across
the watch area.

DISCUSSION...Several clusters of strong/severe storms were ongoing
across the watch area as of 1955z, with the greatest concentration
of severe storms in the vicinity of a stationary front over southern
lower MI.  The environment remains supportive of a continued severe
threat with moderate instability outside of convectively-cooled
areas, and damaging winds will remain the primary hazard through
early evening, when overall storm intensity should begin to wane.
