The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 507 continues.

SUMMARY...A brief tornado or strong wind gust remains possible, but
the threat has generally decreased.

DISCUSSION...Radar signatures over the past couple hours have
generally decreased, possibly owing to a gradual overturning of the
air mass. Recent surface analysis shows dewpoints have dropped into
the low 70s F over much of the watch, with the tropical air now
relegated to far southern MS. Given warm temperatures aloft, this
will be a detriment to storm strength and tornado potential. The
best threat will continue to be along the confluence lines where
convection is relatively organized and longer lived.
