SUMMARY...Isolated damaging wind gusts are possible this afternoon.

DISCUSSION...During the past hour so, convective cluster over
north-central OK has recent shown more southward/southwestward
motion as the cold pool surges the same direction. The lack of
stronger vertical shear suggests the storm will remain disorganized
and characterized by discrete propagation along the cold pool. Even
so, given the strong buoyancy across the region, water-loaded
updrafts could still result in wet downbursts capable of damaging
wind gusts. Marginal and isolated nature of the severe threat will
preclude watch issuance.
