The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 203, 204 continues.

SUMMARY...A bowing segment has produced severe wind gusts and
potentially a few brief tornadoes across central OK early this
morning. This threat may persist northeastward.

DISCUSSION...A bowing segment that produced severe winds in Cotton
County OK a couple hours ago has become reinvigorated across central
OK early this morning. Several brief, but intense circulations with
corresponding TDS signatures have been noted from just north of
Norman OK (Cleveland County) to near Dale OK (Pottawatomie County).
Additionally, severe wind gusts also were noted at KOUN, likely
associated with the rear inflow jet of the bowing segment. 

The bow is tracking to the northeast in the vicinity of an outflow
boundary/effective cold front and a relative minimum in
boundary-layer inhibition. Effective SRH has also recently increased
across the region as larger-scale ascent ejects northeast across the
Plains. The severe threat may persist into the morning hours.
